Let the women in your life know that they can trust and depend on you. Call out men that behave badly and protect them by keeping them safe from sexual, emotional and physical harm.

Ensure respect and show gratitude

Do your bit to make sure the women in your community are respected physically and emotionally. Say thank you and find ways to show your appreciation for the role they play in society.

Be a role model

Show our children the right way to treat women by leading by example.

Be positive and help at home

Support kindness and positivity in your family. Share the load of household duties such as cooking, cleaning and family care.
